LAHORE: The Khadim-i-Ala Flood Relief Dangal will be held on October 17 here at the Wrestling Stadium, Iqbal Park Sports Complex.
This was decided in a meeting held here at the Goga Pahlwan wrestling ring with Mohsin Arshad, wrestling convener in the chair. The meeting was attended by all the trainers of the wrestling akharas of the city. The participants gave the names of the players who will not be taking any prize amount for the dangal, which is being organised for a noble cause.
Mohsin informed that about eight wrestlers will be taking part in the event and they will not only take part from Lahore but would also come from Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura and Sialkot.
