A dangal was organized at the Mazaar of Khawaja Garib Nawaj Shah at village Bhagtali.
A number of wrestlers had come to participate in the dangal from the neighbouring states.Aslam Goni, Advisor to Dr Farooq Abdullah, was the chief guest and Ayub Malik was the guest of honour. Hundreds of people were present on the occasion to witness the event.
The organizer of the dangal Peer Mukhtyar told Newspoint that every year such a dangal is organized with the active support of the local people. Omkar Singh was declared as winner by defeating Sonu of Himachal Pradesh. On the occasion, district president of NC Dhyan Chand, North Block president Ravinder Singh Slathia, KK Bakshi and JP Singh were especially present.
